*September 2023, subject to change Microsoft 365 Business Voice without calling plan are used for Operator Connect. These are only available via a Microsoft Partner so may not show in the standard Admin Portal. You can use Operator Connect alongside Microsoft calling plans if you require. Business Voice is only available to companies with less than 300 users, larger companies can use enterprise voice (Phone System and Audio conferencing) Smaller companies can use Enterprise voice with an E or A series Microsoft 365 or Office 365 base license and choose phone system or audio conferencing. Note some E5 and A5 subscriptions do not include Audio conferencing.
